Our office attends at Global Affairs Canada each and every business day for the purpose of having Canadian documents authenticated for use abroad. This service is for clients who only require document authentication without legalization.
Additional Services
At Capital Authentication, we offer a variety of additional services to further assist with accomplishing our client’s authentication and legalization requests.
To maximize processing turnaround times and minimize any fees/disbursements, we strongly encourage our clients to provide us with a return courier waybill and if necessary, bank draft(s) to cover any applicable Ministry of Government Services fees or consular fees. In the event that a client cannot provide us with such, our office would be happy to offer these products to you for an additional cost.

Document Translation Services
Global Affairs Canada requires all translations to be performed by a certified translator – all certified translations include a seal and signature of the translator. Capital Authentication can help with all your document translation needs.
Notarization / Notary Public
Our notarization services will provide a certified true copy of your original documents if your original documents are not suitable for authentication on their own.
